We're always looking for ambitious young riders — children and young adults — who need support to close the gap between where they are and where they're capable of going. Here's how to get on our radar.
How riders join
Two ways onto the program.
Path One
Get Scouted
PEAQ Performance has a network of talent scouts who follow competition results and public social media accounts, looking for riders with real ambition and potential. If we spot you, we always reach out properly — and for riders under 18, that means contacting a parent or guardian first, every time.
Path Two
Apply Directly
You don't have to wait to be discovered. Riders, or their parent or guardian, can apply directly at any time using the form below — whether you're just starting to compete or already have a track record.
What we look for
Potential matters more than a perfect record.
Ambition and drive to compete at a higher level
Demonstrated commitment to the sport
Competitive results, or clear potential relative to your current resources
A genuine need for support — equipment, coaching, access, or otherwise
Openness to coaching and mental performance work
We're not looking for riders who already have it all figured out. We're looking for riders who need the right support to get there.

Your email app should have opened with your answers filled in — just hit send. If nothing opened, email us directly at hello@peaqperfomance.com with the same details. A member of our team reviews every application and will be in touch with you and your parent or guardian if it looks like a fit.
A quick note on trust: PEAQ Performance never charges application, evaluation, or "processing" fees of any kind, at any stage. If someone claiming to represent us asks you or your family for money, gift cards, or personal financial details, it isn't us — please contact us directly to check.

Is there a cost to join PEAQ Performance?
No. PEAQ Performance is a sponsorship program — support is provided, not sold. We never charge riders or families to apply or be considered.
What ages do you support?
We support children and young adults working toward competitive goals in equestrian sport. If you're unsure whether you fit, apply and let us take a look.
Do I need to already compete internationally?
Not at all. Some of our riders started at regional level. What matters more is ambition, and the gap between your potential and your current resources.
What if I haven't been scouted yet?
Most of our riders find us, not the other way around — apply directly any time using the form above.
